About the Owner

We appreciate that you are considering a stay at our home and would like to tell you a little about us. We currently reside in Pennsylvania. Ivan is originally from Saco, Maine and found himself in Pennsylvania for work some years ago which is where he and Kathy met. Kathy fell in love with the state of Maine on her first visit almost 30 years ago. We would visit a few times a year to see family in Southern Maine. Several years ago, we decided that when we retire, we’d like to spend the spring through fall in Maine. While on vacation in the state the summer of 2021 we both really had a strong calling to start making that dream a reality. So, our search for the perfect house began. Since we both love the Mid-Coast that is where we focused. We really wanted a house close to the water. We were fortunate enough to find the perfect home for our family and made settlement the end of 2021. We hope you enjoy our home and love the area as much as we do! Our property has been listed since February 2022 with great reviews but that listing was through our former property manager. We have decided to manage all of our own bookings going forward.
